
HRMIS - Human Resources Management Information System
The Human Resource Management Information System enables institutions/companies to manage departments and their internal structures and employees. It provides many HR functions such as the ability to manage personnel files, recruit new employees or promote existing employees, payroll calculations, and reporting on various meaningful parameters.
Key features
HR (Human Resources)
This module is used to manage all processes and data related operations concerning human resources, institutions, organizational structures, working places, personal data and, employee file (education, qualifications, languages, etc.).
Payroll
Payment schema and grades, payment elements, calculation of payroll for each employee every month.
Departmental Integrations
Treasury: Periodically communication and payroll data exchanging with Treasury system within Ministry of Finance. Social Insurance Institute: Communication retrieves the “labor card” of an employee. NCR: Interoperability provides the ability to receive and keep in sync personnel generalities.
